Personal data is processed when you interact with Adrenalin Marketing Ltd. If you chose to review a product on behalf of one of our clients, you may provide us with personal data including Name, Email, Sample Delivery Address and Phone number. You can chose which Personal Data to provide us but without key information we may not be able to provide you with a sample.

Purposes and Legal Grounds

We may process your email address for the purpose of sending you important information about your sample (if requested) and relevant information on the product you have agreed to review or write about this might include providing you with images, website links, where to buy, pricing and press releases, such as important security/safety information or material changes to this Privacy Policy.

The legal ground for processing your email address and name for these purposes is our legitimate interest in providing you important information about the agreed product and related products or material changes to this Privacy Policy.

From time to time we will speculatively send you press releases about upcoming news, products and events relating to our clients that we believe are relevant to you. We use external PR databases to collate our communication lists and sometimes inadvertently your name may appear on these lists. We will then process your email address accordingly, allowing us to send you marketing information about our client’s products and information; this may be done using the following means, but not exclusive to emails and posted press releases. The legal ground for processing your email address for this purpose is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by email and asking for your name to be unsubscribed.

The marketing emails you receive from our “Team” are based on the information gathered from third party PR databases and previous reviews you may have carried out or news you have written about our client or relevant competitors. The legal ground for processing this data for this purpose is of our “Teams” legitimate interest in reducing the number of emails sent to you by selecting which customers receive a particular email rather than sending every email to every customer.

Personal data that is processed when you communicate with any of our “Teams”

This is when you interact with our “Teams” and request more information about a product, ask for a sample to review, request an image, supply us with competition information, pricing or additional relevant information about one of our clients. In addition to these, PR representatives via email, online or in person, may need to access your personal data, such as your name, postal address (home or office you provide to us), phone number, email address in order to help you with your enquiry.

Purpose and Legal Ground

We use this information to provide you with the latest news about our clients that we believe is relevant to you and your publication. In addition, this is to provide customer support, and to monitor the quality and types of customer support we provide to our clients. The legal ground for processing this information for these purposes is Adrenalin Marketing’s legitimate interests in providing support to anyone we interact with.

Transfers of Personal Data

We are a global business. In order to offer you our services we may need to transfer your personal data to other companies in other countries. For example if a sample is being shipped to you via a country outside of the UK.

Personal data may be transferred outside of the EEA by processors acting on our behalf. For transfers to countries not considered adequate by the EC, we will ensure that personal data is adequately protected, as required by the GDPR. This would include by use of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the EC to protect personal data.

All “Teams” owned and operated by Adrenalin Marketing are required to follow the privacy practices laid out below in this Privacy Statement.

Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the need arises and if there are any law changes which require a change these will be implemented within the agreed timescale.

Retention of Personal Data

We will retain your personal data as long as any of your accounts are considered to be active. In addition, see below under “Your Rights” for a description of your right of erasure.
